Where is your carriage ride service located?
Our horse-drawn carriage ride service is located on the corner of Pine Knot Avenue and Pedder Road in The Village shopping district of Big Bear Lake, California. Our carriage stand is directly in front of Teddy Bear Restaurant on Pedder Rd.
What are your rates?

Our Village tour (approximately 12 minutes) is priced at $20 per person, $10 per preschooler, with a minimum price range of $60 - $100

Our Lakeside tour (approximately 25 minutes) is priced at $40 per person, $20 per preschooler, with a minimum price range of $120 - $200

Our one hour tour is priced at $100 per person, $50 per preschooler, with a minimum price range of $300 - $500
Our current prices will be posted at our carriage stand. Our rates vary based on the demand for our services.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash payment, as well as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay.
What are your business hours?
While we do not have any set days or hours of operation, we are usually available for carriage rides from midday to early evening. We are operational year around on weekends and holidays, weather permitting.
Do you accept reservations in advance?
We ONLY accept reservations for weddings or other special events.
Our carriage rides operate on a first come, first served basis.
How many passengers can you accommodate?
We can comfortably accommodate up to 7 average-sized adults and 3 small children comfortably in a single carriage ride.
What if it rains or snows?
Since we utilize a covered carriage, we can accommodate guests in multiple weather conditions. Road conditions are usually most pertinent to us, as the safety of our horses and customers are our primary concerns.
What type of carriage do you use?
We currently utilize a limousine carriage. It is a covered carriage which can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably.
Do you allow pets?
Well mannered pets are always welcome on our carriages. There is no extra charge for pets.
